You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date.

When returning merchandise please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Complete the return & exchange form HERE and place it in your securely sealed shipping container.

Transit Time: We’ll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll waive the Standard shipping fee on your new order!
Exchanges of Web Purchases
If you’ve requested an exchange, we will email you when your new order has been processed. Your new order will ship using our Standard ship method. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
Refunds of Web Purchases
Most returns that are sent back to our facility will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you’ve requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we’ve processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
